1, existing problems
Through observation and analysis, the structure of the original lubricating oil into the pump is not reasonable:
A, disassembly and cleaning inconvenience. Filter gland directly connected and filter outlet pipeline because of a, each for cleaning the filter core, must the whole filter together with the filter pipe removed together, causing inconvenience to the normal maintenance.
B, the whole system leak point.

2, improvement measures
From the above analysis, we know that the main problem lies in the filter cover and the filter pipe is directly connected with the structural defects, this worked out the following solution:
A, the filter outlet design in the upper part of the filter, and filters separate the gland, to avoid unpick and wash when the demolition of the entire lubrication pipeline, and solve the problem can not tighten gland, reducing the leakage of the lubricating oil.
B, the filter from the bottom of the filter to move to the middle and lower part, so that can increase the oil into the oil space, so that the amount of oil is sufficient, to avoid the problem of oil supply.
C, in the filter core, an increase in the pressure ring. The filter core can be fixed in the working state so as not to affect the filtering effect of the filter.
